Every time I do the trip up north to pick up DD...I am constantly awed by the photo opportunities presented by the light and landscape along the way. I took the digicam y/day and instead of taking one hour to reach my destination - I took just over two, stopping along the way to take some shots where I could. My kingdom for a decent SLR digital camera though.  The digicam is okay but it never seems to do the light or what I actually see with my eye justice! Oh well...hopefully, what i have taken of late will be of use to someone out there :)  

...but its still on the card in my digicam maybe tomorrow I'll get some of it up here at long last. I"ve been playing in Second Life too so much for my claims for being an organised person though! *blush*  that whole SL thing is detrimental to a Tidy Home! hahahaha  Damn fine fun though

the issue of the no-show is resolved :)  A legitmate reason for her non-arrival to be sure! :) I feel better today. well....I'm still disappointed a bit as it was the most fortuitous time really on Monday to take the photo's ...but okay, I can live with postponement :) I need to take some photo's and soon... my kingdom for new ideas and material to shoot :) What to photo-manip artists actually look for in these kinds of pics anyway?  if I was any good at photo-manip stuff I guess I'd know huh?  Well yeah... I guess they grab anything that "works" in that context hey :)  I know that...sort of... I think.... I don't know! life is a strange
